Our products have been designed to be easy to use in schools and are frequently revised as things change and we learn from our mistakes. Things can and do go wrong from time to time and we aim to provide you with support to get you back to teaching with the minimum fuss.

The most common problems we experience are included in our downloadable FAQ below and are:

  • Firewall and proxy settings
  • Application "whitelisting"
  • Pop up blockers
  • Incomplete MIS data or MIS data not yet set up

Support availability

Support issues can be logged and progress tracked through our support website. Releases, manuals and other useful information are available through the support website in the knowledge base and discussion forums. Subscription to the knowledge base articles and forums will provide email notifications when issues are raised.
