1. Contacting Alfiesoft
In various places throughout this site, web forms are provided as a possible means of contact along side our postal and e-mail address, and telephone and fax numbers.
2. Downloading Demo and Beta version software
Before it is possible to download any Demo or Beta version software from this website, we ask that you provide us with your name, the name of your company or organisation, an e-mail address and a telephone number. For demonstration products this information allows us to better assess potential markets and what possible product enhancements could be made; for beta products this allows us to know who our testers are so we can inform them about new versions and ask them for their feedback on the version they are currently testing.
3. Information storage
Any information submitted via any of the forms will be stored by us on a database in its original condition and a copy will be sent by e-mail to yourself and info@alfiesoft.com. Information will be stored for as long as Alfiesoft deem that it is necessary.
4. Information distribution
On receipt of this information, Alfiesoft undertakes not to pass it onto any third parties, unless we are obliged by law to disclose it or if disclosure is necessary in order to answer or clarify any points raised that would require said third party to need the information. If such a requirement is necessary you will be notified.
Also, if you post or send offensive or inappropriate content or otherwise engage in any disruptive behaviour that Alfiesoft considers to be serious and/or repeated, we reserve the right to use whatever information that is available about you to stop such behaviour. This may include informing relevant third parties such as your employer, school or e-mail/internet provider about the content and your behaviour.
If you submitted information via the feedback form and checked the box at the bottom of the page (May we display your comments on this website?) we reserve the right to display all or part of your comments on our website. If we do decide to do this, we reserve the right to correct any errors in spelling or grammar in order to make the comments readable. Along with this we may decide for reasons of length, space or other as yet unforeseen possibility, to edit any or part of your comments while retaining their original meaning. If, after this editing, you feel that we have mis-represented you, you are free to contact us in writing to either Alfiesoft, PC House, St. Johns Road, Westcliff-on-Sea, Essex SS0 7JY, United Kingdom or info@alfiesoft.com stating your grievance. Any letters will be acknowledged upon receipt and we shall undertake to review the issues raised.
5. Information retrieval
